All returns must be accompanied with a copy of your original invoice and the Return Merchandise Authorization from that we will provide upon completion of a satisfactory RMA request form. To qualify for a return and or exchange complete our RMA request form and submit it to us. Once we review the request and upon approvaL from us, your RMA will be emailed to you.

Exchanges will be made within 7 business days of receiving your return. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns and/or exchanges.

Damaged returns or incomplete returns are not exchangeable. Products must be returned with original packaging and in original condition to qualify for exchange. SkubyCo.com is not responsible for damages incurred while shipping returns and/or exchanges.
